Pine Bluffs Distilling
Our Professors recently took a tour of the Pine Bluffs Distillery. We helped bottle the Triticale Bourbon. They made lunch for us, and we helped them pick a barrel for an upcoming double oak project. Then we sampled many barrels from their barrelhouse. We had 1275 to pick from. Join us as we sample 5 of their recent offerings and recap our shenanigans from our visit in July.
